College Property is an integrated, development, construction and project management business. Operations commenced in 2013, with the founders Tim Lamb and Roger Gribble bringing industry leading projects to fruition.



College Property will focus on the procurement and delivery of high quality boutique residential and commercial developments from concept to completion.  Projects will be across various industry sectors with the focus on good architectural solutions, sustainability and high quality construction.


Tim Lamb

Tim Lamb has over 20 years experience in finance, property and operational businesses. He runs the financing side of College Property. Formerly at both ANZ and Macquarie bank, he has substantial experience across a range of sectors including wholesale, retail, transport and infrastructure.  In addition, he has completed the building thermal performance assessment course and provides sustainability advice on our various projects.

Roger Gribble

Roger has 20+ years experience in the construction industry initially with Kane Constructions in a project management role before co-founding Ducon Pty Ltd in 2002.  Under his shared guidance The Ducon Group grew to be a successful multi faceted, industry respected company with a $50M+ turnover.  Roger is keen to ‘build’ a new business and transfer his extensive knowledge into the property development sector while maintaining a passion and link to building and construction generally.
The College Property business will maintain a strong construction presence.  Its focus will be to ‘build’ its own projects while simultaneously supporting key partners with construction expertise/advice and project delivery.  The construction division will be headed up by Roger Gribble who has extensive industry experience across all sectors.

Black St Apartments

College Property are please to advise our latest development project, Black St Apartments, has set the standard for energy efficiency and housing affordability in Brunswick. Principals Roger Gribble and Tim Lamb have been heavily involved in achieving a high standard of sustainability in a dramatic building that reflects Brunswick’s industrial heritage. This project has recently settled, with all owners and tenants moving in March 2019. Designed in consultation with OMG Architects, this 6 level boutique apartment building is located near the junction of Brunswick Rd and Sydney Rd and commands 360 degree unobstructed views to the upper levels, including sweeping views of the city, while also being within easy access of Princes Park, Jewel Train Station, Sydney Rd transport routes and amenities.
