
Tim Lamb
Tim Lamb has over 20 years experience in finance, property and operational businesses. He runs the financing side of College Property. Formerly at both ANZ and Macquarie bank, he has substantial experience across a range of sectors including wholesale, retail, transport and infrastructure. In addition, he has completed the building thermal performance assessment course and provides sustainability advice on our various projects.

Roger Gribble
Roger has 20+ years experience in the construction industry initially with Kane Constructions in a project management role before co-founding Ducon Pty Ltd in 2002. Under his shared guidance The Ducon Group grew to be a successful multi faceted, industry respected company with a $50M+ turnover. Roger is keen to ‘build’ a new business and transfer his extensive knowledge into the property development sector while maintaining a passion and link to building and construction generally.
The College Property business will maintain a strong construction presence. Its focus will be to ‘build’ its own projects while simultaneously supporting key partners with construction expertise/advice and project delivery. The construction division will be headed up by Roger Gribble who has extensive industry experience across all sectors.
